The location right on the slopes of Nevados de Chillan was unparalleled, offering a true ski-in, ski-out experience that made hitting the slopes a breeze. The staff's exceptional service stood out, with Jaime, Jhonathan, and Miguel going above and beyond to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere.The presence of adjacent thermal springs added a luxurious touch to the overall experience, providing a perfect relaxation spot after a day of skiing. The hotel's attention to detail in maintaining a cozy and warm ambiance throughout, especially appreciated during the chilly evenings, truly elevated the stay.
